Review and update the club By-laws annually. Make recommendations to the Board.
Stay abreast of event happening around the county. Determines what we need to do to have a booth and finds a member to work the event.
Send cards to members for birthdays & sympathy.
Takes photos at each event and post them to our website.
Monitors & reports on Legislative activity.

Facilitates reviewing and ordering the books to be donated to the local libraries and 3rd graders. Also coordinates the delivers.
Assist the Membership Chair with check-in if she cannot be at the meeting.
To make sure the clubs correctly follows Roberts Rules during out meetings.
Political Activities/Campaign
Coordinates the club activities with the campaigns and records Volunteer Hours.
Assist Program Chair with researching possible speakers.
Handles all venues to advertise club events. Includes Newsletter, Radio, News paper & Social Media.
