By-Laws
Review and update the club By-laws annually. Make recommendations to the Board.
Corresponding Committee
Send cards to members for birthdays & sympathy.
Historian
Takes photos at each event and post them to our website.
Legislative Committee
Monitors & reports on Legislative activity.
Literacy
Review current political books to recommend to members. Order and coordinate delivery of dictionaries to be donated to Fayette County 3rd graders.
Membership Committee
Assist the Membership Chair with check-in if she cannot be at the meeting.
Parliamentarian
To make sure the clubs correctly follows Roberts Rules during out meetings.
Political Activities/Campaign
Coordinates the club activities with the campaigns and records Volunteer Hours.
Prayer Committee
The Chaplain and/or someone from the committee will pray before each General Meeting, Board Meeting and any other gathering.
Program Committee
Assist Program Chair with researching possible speakers.
Public Relations/Media
Handles all venues to advertise club events. Includes Newsletter, Radio, News paper & Social Media.
Training
To train members about Federated Clubs, the website and their representatives.
Volunteer Committee
This committee attends the Board Meetings and helps on special projects when available.
